1. General

By using BuzziMartGh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Payment must be made in full before orders are processed. We accept mobile money and bank transfers. Orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel any order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We deliver across Ghana. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Product Sourcing Terms

When you submit a product sourcing request, we will search our catalog and supply network. We are not obligated to fulfill any request. Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on supplier pricing. By submitting a request, you agree that reference images may be shared with suppliers for the purpose of finding your product.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuzziMartGh is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
