3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
All payments on BuzziMartGh are processed exclusively through our official secure payment system. You will never be asked to transfer money to a personal bank account, mobile money number, or individual wallet.
- Never make payments to any individual person
- Never send money to personal mobile money numbers
- Ignore any calls or messages asking for direct payments
- Report suspicious activity immediately via our Contact Page
BuzziMartGh staff will never contact you requesting payment via mobile money, bank transfer, or any method outside the official checkout system. If someone claiming to be from BuzziMartGh asks you to pay them directly, it is a scam. Please report immediately.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, customs processing, and product availability. BuzziMartGh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective or incorrect. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Privacy & Data
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required to process orders and deliveries.
