How long does delivery take?
In Stock (local): Dispatched from our Ghana warehouse within 2–3 business days.
Pre-Order / Sourced: Sea freight — 30–40 days | Air freight — 10–15 days.
Once received at our Ghana warehouse, dispatched to your delivery address within 2–3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping starts from GHS 15 for lightweight items. Free shipping on orders over GHS 500. Heavier items may have higher shipping costs — the exact fee is shown at checkout.
Do you deliver to all regions in Ghana?
Yes! We deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote areas.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Use our Track Order page with your order number and email to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), card payments (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers — all processed securely through our checkout.
Is it safe to pay online?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Can I pay on delivery?
Payment on delivery is available for selected locations. Contact our support team to check eligibility for your area.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return guarantee on most items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Some items (underwear, personal care) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return?
Contact our support team via the Contact Us page or reach us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount is sent back to your original payment method.

How do I create an account?
Click Register at the top of the page. Fill in your email, phone number, and a password to get started. Registration is free!
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
Pre-Order & Wholesale
How does Pre-Order work?
Pre-Order items are sourced directly from our international suppliers. You place an order now, we source the product, and deliver it to you. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page under "Pre-Order / Sourced" shipping.
Can I buy in bulk / wholesale?
Yes! Visit our Wholesale page to explore bulk pricing. For large orders, contact us for custom quotes.
Can I request a product you don't stock?
Absolutely! Use our Request Product page to tell us what you're looking for. We'll source it for you.
